Jess is a registered psychologist currently undergoing her clinical registrar. She works with children and adults and believes that an attuned therapeutic relationship is at the heart of meaningful change. She takes a warm, collaborative approach, and is committed to providing care that is trauma-informed and neuro-affirming, creating a safe and supportive space where all clients feel seen, empowered, and understood.

About Jess

Jess draws on various evidence-based approaches which she tailors to suit each individual. She has experience working in community, school, and government settings. Therapeutically, Jess has supported clients with anxiety disorders, mood disorders, stress, trauma, neurodivergence, grief and adjustment difficulties, and she has conducted assessments to investigate cognitive functioning, specific learning disorders and giftedness. Jess is passionate about supporting her clients to feel safe and understood through the course of therapy, to build insight and work towards their goals.

Outside of work, Jess prioritises a balance of connecting with her social circle and recharging through relaxing activities. She is a foodie and loves trying new restaurants or cafes, playing board games, and reading books. She likes to stay active through doing pilates or going on walks and also loves staying at home to watch her favourite shows. Jess is fluent in mandarin Chinese.
